Metro Fire has been in business since 1986. Our mission has always been "service what we sell". This is the reason why Metro Fire actually went into business. Most distributors at that time in the State of Texas depended on outsourcing warranty and repair work. The customer would suffer because their dealer was not involved and had no control with warranty issues, down time for repair or quality of workmanship. In 1986, Metro Fire opened our doors as a service center, servicing only products and trucks that we were involved with selling. This sense of customer loyalty has provided us our mission statement " Setting a New Standard in Customer Satisfaction". Thanks to our loyal customers, we have grown — but we have not changed our original mission to service what we sell. A true single-source fire apparatus distributor!
