EASTERLY FIRE ORDERS NEW TANKER 271 2/6/2010 The Easterly Fire Department in Robertson County, Texas purchased a US Tanker 3000 gallon tanker earlier this week. The truck has a Hale 750 gallon fire pump and a 3000 gallon UPF poly water tank. The body was built by US Tanker and is constructed from 304L Stainless Steel. The unit was just completed by US Tanker and was scheduled to be a demonstrator and to run this year’s spring show circuit. The purchase of this unit by the Easterly Fire Department put a change in the manufacturer's plans. The unit is going to replace the fire department's old tanker 271. The truck arrived at Metro Fire on Friday morning and will be delivered to the fire department within the next two weeks.
