Metro Fire is Honored by Spartan Chassis

At its annual dealer meeting in Las Vegas, Metro Fire received recognition for being the top selling dealer in the U.S.
We were also presented the Diamond Partner award, one of four dealers in the world given the Diamond Partner recognition.
Tim Johnson, the Regional Manager for Texas and Matt Creech, Director of Fire Chassis Sales also presented the first of its kind award to Metro Fire. The award was for “Outstanding Customer Service”.
Several of the Metro employees attended the sales meeting in Las Vegas. Brian Russell – Specification Analyst, Brian Cudaback – North Texas Apparatus Manager, Randy Tauch – Shop Director, Nick Russell – Purchasing and Craig Russell – President.
The meeting started with a welcome reception with vendor exhibits. Manufacturers such as Bostrom Seats, Federal Signal, Code 3, Akron Brass, Class One, Super Vac Command Light, Allison Transmission, Task Force Tips and many others exhibited at the welcome reception.
There were several days of training on the Spartan products, customer service processes and many other operations procedures. All of these classes will assist us in providing better customer service to our customers.
Thanks to all that participated from Spartan Chassis for all the hard work and to the vendors that displayed. – Look forward in seeing everyone there next year!
