Dallas Fire & Rescue Purchases Bullard Thermal Imagers 5/4/2007 The Dallas Fire Department purchased 30 Bullard T3-Max (TIC) Thermal Imaging Cameras. The selection process allowed the committee to review different manufactures of TICs. After their evaluation, the committee selected the Bullard T3-Max.
